The SOMA Method

SOMA Inner Leadership is an embodied leadership system designed to unlock a woman’s full leadership potential by transforming the internal patterns that shape how she shows up, especially under pressure.

Rather than focusing on external performance alone, the SOMA Method strengthens the internal capacities most leaders were never taught to build: emotional regulation, self-awareness, relational presence, and resilience. Through this work, outdated patterns of over-functioning, reactivity, self-doubt, and depletion are brought into awareness and consciously restructured.

Rooted in the ARC-G framework (Awareness, Resilience, Connection, Growth), SOMA Inner Leadership is practiced within a collective of women committed to leading from the inside out, cultivating leadership that inspires from self to others, and creates cultures grounded in clarity, steadiness, and integrity.
