The SOMA Women’s Collective

The SOMA Women’s Collective is a curated community for women who lead with responsibility, influence, and depth, and who know that sustainable leadership is cultivated internally, not performed externally.

Grounded in SOMA Inner Leadership and the SOMA Method, the Collective is where this work is practiced, embodied, and integrated over time. SOMA Women’s Collective is a six-month leadership journey for women who are ready to lead from a place of wholeness, not overdrive. Through intimate cohorts, somatic practices, and a cross-cohort community, the Collective supports women in honoring the season they are in while consciously shaping what comes next.

Where the Work Begins

Most women don’t arrive because something is wrong. They arrive because they are carrying more; more responsibility, more visibility, more internal pressure, often without the language or space to tend to the inner load leadership requires.

It can feel like:

  • Holding yourself to high standards while quietly overriding your own needs

  • Carrying ambition, leadership, family, and identity all at once

  • Leading competently while feeling internally braced or stretched

  • Sensing that what has worked so far may not be sustainable long-term

This awareness can surface early in leadership, mid-career, or later in life. The common thread isn’t age or title, it’s the weight being carried internally, and the quiet knowing that leadership shaped from the inside deserves more attention.

This is where the SOMA Women’s Collective begins; offering space, structure, and community for women ready to lead from the inside out.

Who This Is For

The SOMA Women’s Collective is for women in leadership, or on the path toward it, who are ready to develop leadership from the inside out. Members often manage people, projects, strategy, or decision-making with real responsibility. They are accustomed to high expectations and sustained demand, even if their titles, industries, or career stages differ.

What matters most is not position, age, or tenure, but readiness: a willingness to examine internal patterns, engage in reflective work, and practice leadership in a more embodied, relational, and sustainable way. container.

Leadership Seasons Within the Collective

The SOMA Women’s Collective is structured around three leadership seasons, reflecting how leadership evolves internally over time. Women engage through the season that best reflects where they are internally and developmentally, not by age or title alone.

Emerging Leaders

Emerging leaders stepping into greater visibility and influence who want to build confidence, clarity, and voice without burning out.

Established Leaders

Established leaders holding big responsibilities who are craving alignment between their impact, values, and wellbeing . The focus is on sustainability, clarity, and steadiness under pressure.

Legacy Leaders

Legacy-stage leaders at an inflection point, ready to integrate their wisdom, redefine success, and design a more spacious next chapter. The focus is on leading from depth rather than proving.

A Shared Container

While leadership seasons differ, all members engage within the same Collective foundation. This shared container is grounded in:

  • Psychological depth

  • Somatic awareness

  • Relational integrity

  • Shared language and practice through the SOMA Method and ARC-G

The Collective is designed to be both supportive and spacious, allowing the work to meet women where they are, while remaining rooted in common values and commitments.

  • A 6‑month cohort journey of guided inner reflection, coaching conversations, and curated practices tailored to your season of leadership.

  • Live cohort sessions focused on values, boundaries, nervous system regulation, and the inner narratives that shape how you lead.

  • Reflection prompts and integration practices between sessions so the work moves from insight into embodied, everyday leadership

  • All members of SOMA Women’s Collective come together for somatic group sessions every other month, blending breath, gentle movement, and reflective dialogue.

  • These cross-cohort circles deepen connection, normalize the realities of women’s leadership, and support your body in holding less stress and more capacity.

What The Experience Includes

Commitment And Flow

  • Enroll in a single six‑month arc for focused transformation, with the option to extend into additional cycles as your season evolves.

  • As demand grows, additional somatic sessions and small-group deep dives may be offered for women who want more frequent touchpoints and support.

The Promise

  • Shift from performing leadership to inhabiting it, grounded, resourced, and aligned with what matters most.

  • Leave with practical tools, a strengthened nervous system, and a circle of women who understand the complexity of how you live, work, and lead.

  • This is a space where women do not have to perform or impress. Instead of another networking group, SOMA Women’s Collective is a community of brave, thoughtful women committed to real conversation, mutual support, and deeper connection.
