Michelson

A therapist, coach, and former corporate professional with over a decade inside high-pressure environments. Nichole created SOMA Rooted Leadership because she saw firsthand that external success doesn't resolve internal pressure, and most leadership development doesn't address what's actually driving behavior.

Her work bridges psychology, somatic practice, and leadership development to create lasting, internal change.
