    Guided Self-Discovery at Soma combines the insight of therapy with the forward-focus of coaching to create lasting, meaningful change. As a licensed therapist with more than a decade of corporate experience and a mother of three, I understand both the external pressures and the internal expectations that high-performing women face — at work, at home, and within themselves. I provide both the space and the strategies to move beyond them.
