WHAT WE OFFER

Work that goes
beneath the surface.

Each offering is rooted in the same foundation, the SOMA Leadership Tree, and designed for women who are ready to lead from a more grounded, sustainable place.

SOMA's work begins where most leadership development stops - beneath behavior, beneath strategy, beneath the titles and the track record at the patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that shape how you actually lead.

THE SEVEN SESSIONS

  • The Trunk: You arrive, orient, and meet the SOMA Leadership Tree as a full system. Then you look in the mirror, and identify the leadership pattern that has been running your show.

  • The Roots & Soil: You trace your pattern back to where it began. the early environment that shaped you, the role you learned to play, and the belief that quietly formed beneath it all.

  • The Trunk + Roots: You map the cycle that keeps your pattern alive, and locate the leverage points where change actually becomes possible.

  • The Weather : In the SOMA framework, we call your nervous system states 'the Weather because like weather, they shift, they're real, and they affect everything. You learn to recognize your nervous system's three states and understand how your pattern behaves under pressure, then build a personal toolkit for real-time regulation.

  • The Branches: You explore the three forms of intelligence available to every leader: Head, Heart, and Gut and practice accessing all three, not just the one you default to.

  • The Weather + Water : You learn that consistent output isn't the goal, sustainable rhythm is. You map your own seasonal patterns and begin to design practices that meet you where you actually are.

  • The Water: You bring the full tree together. You assess where you've grown, design your personal watering practice, and write a commitment that anchors your leadership beyond the program.
